Associate Architect/Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in design conceptualization and development of innovative architectural and interior design solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.
• Utilize software tools such as SketchUp and AutoCAD to create detailed design plans and presentations.
• Prepare and present design proposals, including sketches, models, and digital renderings.
• Conduct site visits and assessments to ensure design feasibility and compliance with regulations.
• Work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, contractors, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies in architecture and interior design.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A degree in Architecture or Interior Design from a recognized institution.
• 4 to 7 years of relevant work experience in architecture and interior design.
• Proficiency in design software, particularly SketchUp and AutoCAD.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey design concepts.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating functional and beautiful spaces.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
