Associate Architect - Machine Learning

Role Overview: You will be working as an Associate Architect - Machine Learning within the healthcare domain at Quantiphi. Your role will involve developing high-level solution architectures, collaborating with offshore teams to build and test models for predicting and optimizing business outcomes, and communicating insights to clients. Additionally, you will be responsible for building strong client relationships, mentoring senior resources, and leading technical discussions on architecture designing and troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities: - Develop high-level solution architectures and collaborate with offshore teams on model development, testing, and assessment - Communicate insights to clients that lead to quantifiable business impact - Build deep client relationships by understanding their needs - Work closely with offshore delivery managers to ensure seamless communication and delivery - Research and identify sales opportunities, generate leads, and classify targets - Serve as a mentor or guide for senior resources and team leads - Lead technical discussions on architecture designing and troubleshooting with clients - Implement research papers and communicate solutions to clients and team - Utilize analytical skills and expertise in Logistic Regression, Cluster Analysis, and other analytical toolkits Qualifications Required: - 6+ years of hands-on experience in model development, deployment, and operationalization in Computer Vision, NLP, etc - Strong theoretical understanding of Machine Learning concepts, Deep Learning base architectures, cloud-based web services architecture, design patterns, and frameworks - Comfortable with exploring new research and engineering best practices - Hands-on experience in projects within the healthcare domain is desirable - Experience in implementing Deep Learning solutions like Reinforcement Learning, Natural Language Processing, and Auto ML - Exposure to cutting-edge research and ability to implement research papers - Great analytical skills with expertise in analytical toolkits such as Logistic Regression, Cluster Analysis, and Statistical modeling Additional Details: While technology is at the core of Quantiphi's business, the company values a global and diverse culture built on transparency, diversity, integrity, learning, and growth.
