Associate Architect

As an Architect in this role, you will be responsible for architecting core components of the platform to handle 1M requests per second. You will also build multi-level, multi-services components capable of supporting concurrent 10M connections and high throughput event pipelines. Your key responsibilities will include identifying key areas of success and failure when designing the system, working closely with the business and engineering team, and dedicating 90% of your time to designing solutions and coding. **Key Responsibilities:** - Architect core components of the platform for handling 1M requests per second - Build multi-level, multi-services components for supporting concurrent 10M connections - Develop high throughput event pipelines - Identify key areas of success and failure in system design - Collaborate closely with the business and engineering team **Qualifications Required:** - Experience in building a high throughput system and web product - Habit of asking the right questions - Ability to understand the larger picture and design solutions with wider impact - Acute attention to high and low-level design - Strong background in Python programming - Design solutions that are not only functional but durable **Good to have:** - Experience working in a startup environment - End-to-end product development experience - Strong passion for technology and engineering In this role, you can expect to work in a hybrid setup from Mumbai, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
