Associate Architect

As an Associate Architect at Carelon Global Solutions India, you will play a crucial role in managing all requirement analysis for our leader. Reporting to the Manager, you will be responsible for understanding the design process, collaborating with various stakeholders to grasp the brief, and fulfilling all in-house design needs. Additionally, you will coordinate with external agencies to ensure adherence to brand guidelines. Your key responsibilities will include hands-on experience in EIB, Studio & Core Connectors, leading the team and other stakeholders, enhancing existing Workday integrations, developing new features, and being well-versed in the Workday Integration framework. You will work closely with HRIS for ongoing production support and enhancements, possess knowledge about JIRA, complete tasks efficiently while reporting progress to managers, and continuously strive to enhance the process of delivering Workday solutions. To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience in design, estimation, and taking end-to-end responsibility for delivery. A Bachelor's degree in Technology/Engineering/Computer Applications is required, along with a minimum of 12+ years of relevant experience, especially in Workday. Excellent communication skills are essential for effective collaboration within the team and with external partners.
