Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Animation Production: Develop high-quality 2D animations based on scripts and storyboards, adhering to project timelines and production schedules.
Storyboarding: Make visual representations of scenes, plotting camera movements, and editing soundtracks to align with the narrative.
Asset Creation: Design characters, backgrounds, and other visual elements, ensuring consistency with the projects artistic vision.
Technical Proficiency: Utilize animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator to Make and refine animations.
Collaboration: Work closely with directors, designers, and other team members to understand project objectives and incorporate feedback effectively.
Quality Assurance: Review and revise animations based on feedback, maintaining attention to detail and ensuring the final product meets quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Educational Background: A degree or diploma in animation, graphic design, fine arts, or a related field is typically preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in industry-standard animation software is essential.
Understanding of Animation Principles: Knowledge of timing, spacing, and motion is crucial for creating realistic and engaging animations.
Communication and Teamwork: Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment are important.
Creativity and Attention to Detail: A passion for storytelling and visual storytelling techniques, with meticulous attention to detail.
