Job Description

The Associate QRM Analyst supports deliverable quality assurance through document intake, format review, and baseline style and brand standards application. This entry-level role follows established procedures and does not perform judgment-based risk analysis or consultant coaching.

How You&aposll Make An Impact

  • Perform initial formatting and style checks on client-facing deliverables, ensuring compliance with Optiv templates and brand standards.
  • Verify document completeness (e.g., cover page, TOC, headers/footers, metadata) using macros and checklists.
  • Tag errors or inconsistencies for peer review and escalate high-impact or unclear cases.
  • Verify internal consistency in tables, figures, captions, and style guide elements.
  • Support document routing and QA intake processes.
  • Maintain clear documentation of formatting edits in alignment with version control expectations.

What We&aposre Looking For

  • 1-3 years document editing or related experience. Required
  • 1+ years ability to work collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment. Required
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. (Advanced proficiency)
  • Basic understanding of professional writing or technical documentation. (Proficient proficiency)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word; able to apply macros and other editing tools and template styles. (Advanced proficiency)
  • Shift timing 2 to 10 PM
