Associate Analyst - CRE Strategy & Analytics

The Corporate Real Estate team at United Airlines is responsible for Planning and Development (formerly known as Design and Construction) and Airport Affairs. These two teams collaborate to secure lease spaces and oversee major construction and renovation projects at hubs, stations, and city locations worldwide. The CRE Strategy & Analytics team within Corporate Real Estate is at the forefront of enhancing strategic decision-making processes. Key responsibilities of this team include analyzing schedule data to create models and dashboards for the CRE team, ensuring clear and consistent presentation of analytical results, updating tools to automate essential information like lease details and costs, and utilizing relevant data to develop business cases. This role aims to revolutionize the use of data and analysis within CRE to enhance decision-making, streamline operations, and boost efficiency. As a member of the CRE Strategy & Analytics team, you will actively participate in projects, gaining valuable insights into United's internal operations and leveraging analytical skills to communicate insights effectively. Responsibilities include conducting operational and schedule analysis to assess infrastructure needs, updating automation tools, and contributing to the development of business cases by leveraging relevant data. The ideal candidate for this role should hold a Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, Operations, Finance, Economics, or Engineering, along with 0-2 years of relevant experience. Essential qualifications also include exceptional analytical and communication skills, proficiency in data querying languages and visualization tools such as SQL, Python, and PowerBI, the ability to collaborate effectively, and fluency in English. Candidates should be legally authorized to work in India without requiring sponsorship and must demonstrate reliable and punctual attendance. While a Master's degree and additional experience are preferred, candidates with project experience in operational environments, proficiency in PowerBI/PowerApps, and presentation development skills are highly encouraged to apply.
