Associate Agency Development Manager

Role & responsibilities Agency Recruitment Develop various sources of agent hiring & build a team of agents & an agent pipeline. Conduct an activity to enhance existing agent footfall to generate fresh referrals for new agent hiring. Implementation of the Maxlife process and adherence to the business norms Follow the agent 9 pointer hiring mechanism & other hiring norms. Agent Development Ensure product knowledge by Max life ways of training & Field demonstration (FODs) Development of agent prospecting habits, calling habits, and work habits. Work with the agent on planning and reviewing activities and goals. Identify the training needs of the agent and work with Trainers to improve the same Meet Business Targets Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly business plans. Improve agent productivity & persistency by regular PRP/IID/GID, etc Ensure the company's product mix sales ratio and adhere to the business norms. Maintain agent pro activity as per the business plan Customer Centricity Be a Max Life brand ambassador & a customer champion Follow Max Life sales practice to develop deep customer loyalty Hold periodic customer meetings to understand customer pulse & needs. Ensure customer queries are responded to satisfactorily as per Max Life standard. Desired Competencies Sourcing & Selection capability Nurturing & Developing talent Result orientation, Customer centricity, Planning & Execution: Achievement of business plan & GPA, Recruitment / Development & Activation of agent as per plan. Persistency as per Max Life standards Hiring Specifications: CLEAN Filter C City (have spent a minimum of 2 years in the city) L – Loyalty (2 yrs of average tenure) E – Experience (Minimum 2 years for AADM) A – Age (24 to 38 yrs for AADM).
