Associate- Adobe Workfront Fusion Operations

As an Associate in Adobe Workfront & Fusion Operations at TIAA Global Capabilities, your role will involve architecting, designing, and leading Workfront implementations. You will interact with both business and IT teams, overseeing all activities related to the implementation of Workfront to ensure alignment with defined business objectives. Your responsibilities will include system setup, configuration, customization, troubleshooting, and user training. Key Responsibilities and Duties: - Demonstrated end-to-end implementation experience with Workfront and Fusion for Adobe Workfront, along with other Adobe products. - Experience in leading teams, both onshore and offshore, and technology engagements involving client and consulting staff. - Strong communication skills required for interactions with executive clients and sponsors. - Hands-on experience in leading multiple large full lifecycle Workfront implementations. Qualification Requirements: - University degree preferred. - Minimum of 2 years of work experience required; 3+ years preferred.
