Associate Ad Trafficker

As an Associate Ad Trafficker at The Knot Worldwide, you will play a crucial role in coordinating advertising campaigns, including ad trafficking and creative trafficking across display channels. Your responsibilities will involve supporting the execution of digital advertising campaigns by setting up, monitoring, and maintaining ad placements on our websites. Attention to detail, adherence to deadlines, and strong communication skills are essential for success in this role. You will collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Revenue Operations, Ad Insights, and Quality Assurance to resolve issues and fulfill campaign requirements. Creatives trafficking in Google Ad Manager and ensuring campaign status, collecting creative assets, and verifying technical specifications will be part of your day-to-day tasks. You will also be responsible for ensuring accurate trafficking of creatives, targeting parameters, and campaign settings based on insertion orders and specifications. Being part of the Global Media Solutions (GMS) team, you will work alongside skilled traffickers, analysts, and quality specialists who are dedicated to delivering a high-quality advertising experience for our advertisers and users. The team is responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of advertising on our platforms, from campaign setup and trafficking to performance analysis and optimization. Collaboration with Sales, Revenue Operations, Product, and Engineering teams is crucial to ensure that campaigns run smoothly and meet client expectations. Successful candidates for this role will have a basic knowledge of ad serving, particularly Google Ad Manager Ad server, and experience in digital ad operations, 3rd party tags, and trackers such as DCM, IAS, and Campaign Manager Tag. Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop for editing and updating creatives, as well as technical capabilities in JavaScript, HTML, and troubleshooting online technical issues, are desired qualifications. Maintaining functional knowledge about core ad technologies like Google Ad Manager and ensuring adherence to established processes and quality standards for campaign setup and maintenance are key aspects of the role. This position is Together@TKWW-eligible and is based near one of our office hubs. Starting September 15, 2025, you will be expected to work in the office two days a week as part of our hybrid work model.
