As a part of GT INDUS, you will be involved in day-to-day interactions with clients and their accounting processes, ensuring high-quality deliverables within challenging timelines set by service level agreements. Your responsibilities will include: - Interacting with the US Team and Clients - Troubleshooting and problem-solving transactions - Working with the clients ERP and processing tools - Being available to work overlapping schedules with US Eastern Time Zone hours - Ability to work additional hours when required - Upholding the highest professional standards and maintaining strict client confidentiality To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills: - Knowledge of accounting and finance concepts - Familiarity with invoice processing, customer billing, and cash application - Strong attention to detail - Effective communication skills (verbal and written) in English - Ability to process data quickly and accurately - Excellent time management skills to handle multiple deadlines - Comfortable working with technology and software solutions - Working knowledge of accounting-related software like Oracle, Glyphic, Excel, etc., would be advantageous - Ability to deliver timely and accurate results in a client-focused environment In terms of qualifications, you are required to have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, finance, economics, business administration, or a related field. Prior experience in accounting, finance, or economics would be beneficial for this role.
