Pega SI Experience - 8- 13 Years Location - Hyderabad, Bangalore, Kolkata Mode - Hybrid Availability - 30 days Job Overview As a Pega Smart Investigate Specialist , you will be a key driver in utilizing the Pega Smart Investigate application to streamline and optimize complex investigation and resolution processes within our financial services clientele. Your primary focus will be on the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of Pega Smart Investigate solutions that directly address critical business challenges, such as payment fraud, dispute management, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) investigations . You will serve as the technical and advisory expert, ensuring alignment with client requirements and best practices for operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities & Role1. Pega Smart Investigate Implementation & Design Lead the end-to-end design, configuration, and deployment of Pega Smart Investigate solutions tailored to specific client needs. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather detailed requirements and translate them into effective Pega workflows, case management designs, and intuitive UI components. Adhere to Pega Guardrails and industry best practices to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions. 2. Process Analysis and Optimization Analyze existing financial investigation processes (disputes, fraud, compliance) to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement and automation using Pega Smart Investigate. Streamline case management, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance decision-making capabilities to accelerate resolution times and reduce operational costs. 3. Pega Application Development & Integration Develop and customize Pega Smart Investigate applications, leveraging Pega's low-code capabilities and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Integrate Pega Smart Investigate with various internal and external data sources and systems (e.g., payment gateways, core banking systems) to ensure seamless, secure information flow. Implement robust data models and establish accurate data mappings within the Pega SI environment. 4. Quality Assurance and Documentation Conduct thorough unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and performance testing of Pega Smart Investigate applications. Create comprehensive technical documentation, design specifications, and user guides. Provide training and support to end-users to maximize platform adoption and proficiency. Preferred candidate profile Required Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 8 to 13 years of professional experience in IT, with a significant focus on Pega development and implementation . Mandatory Technical Skill: Proven, hands-on experience and expertise with the Pega Smart Investigate (Pega SI) framework . Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of financial services concepts, particularly in Dispute Management, Payments (SWIFT, ACH, RTGS), Fraud/Financial Crime Management, and regulatory compliance (AML/KYC) . Pega Expertise: Deep knowledge of Pega Platform components including Case Management, Data Modeling, Activities, Flows, Integrations, and UI architecture. Role & responsibilities
