Key Objectives and Major Responsibilities:

1. The individual will play an essential role in data consulting, strategy building, managing small and mid-size data projects for multiple clients.
2. Responsibilities include researching the current data landscape of a client, including the agenda and issues, conducting an as-is assessment of a standard data management system to identify gaps and holding basic discussions with clients to obtain clarifications.
3. Assisting in evaluation of technology platforms for different use cases and challenges in the overall architecture, as well as documenting future architecture blueprint and implementation roadmaps.
4. Act as an delivery point of contact for multiple projects and/or clients ensuring smooth delivery as well as helping grow the data teams presence for each client.
5. Help in forming a sales strategy to grow the data clientele
6. Participate in Presales cycle help with presentations and client discussions to win the bids.
7. Contributing to the organisational values by actively engaging in the larger learning and development process.
8. Preparing complex documentation, proposals and presentations to advance business objectives.
9. Driving concise, structured, and effective communication with peers and clients.

Key Capabilities and Competencies

Knowledge

1. Good understanding of existing and emerging data technologies.
2. Knowledge of the client business, structure, regional presence, lines of business, etc. as relevant to the project / scope of work.
3. In-depth understanding of scrum values and agile knowledge.
4. Recognizes various concepts, jargon, and products employed in the insurance industry.

Skills

1. Working knowledge of ETL design, and ETL coding through tools such as SSIS, ADF, Azure Data Stack, Databricks, Snowflake, etc.
2. Applicable skills in Data Visualization Tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, SSRS)
3. Utilise programming languages including SQL, Python/R.
4. Understanding of Cloud Platforms (Azure

5. Professional writing style with the ability to formulate emails, presentations, and documents.
6. Competent to work in an active and diverse environment.
7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualification and Experience

1. Recognized with a Master's degree in Computer Technology or IT Engineering or Data Science.
2. Recognizable domain knowledge wherein the individual has awareness of insurance concepts, products, and jargon within the basic and regulatory frameworks.
