Assistant Trainer & Development Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Trainer. The Assistant Trainer will work closely with the Training Manager to facilitate training sessions, provide support to trainees, and contribute to the overall development of our workforce. This role is ideal for someone passionate about education, has excellent communication skills, and is committed to helping individuals reach their full potential. The primary responsibility entails fostering a learning-oriented approach. Identify both technical and non-technical training needs. Develop training materials, including trainers" resources, handouts, and any necessary components for effective training sessions. Utilize various instructional methods like simulations, group discussions, videos, lectures, and other adaptable techniques as needed. Create training modules and comprehensive plans. Organize and conduct training sessions for new hires, freshers, and current employees. Collaborate with the management team to recognize emerging training necessities. Ensure senior company members receive annual refresher courses tailored to their roles. Continuously update training materials and ensure their alignment with current practices. Adhere strictly to allocated training time and budget. Preferred qualifications include prior experience in a training or teaching capacity. Proven proficiency in conveying information effectively through communication. Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities. Skill in clearly articulating ideas and adjusting communication for diverse audiences. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and duties. Capability to contribute to enhancing training materials. Authentic enthusiasm for fostering individual growth and development through training. Experience Criteria: 1-2 Years.
