Assistant Team Lead - Software Development

As a Software Developer at Real Time Data Services (RTDS), your primary role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and secure microservices and APIs using Go (Golang). You will be responsible for architecting robust, scalable, and secure backend components for cloud applications. Your duties will also include contributing to database design, data integrity, and performance tuning, as well as implementing authentication, authorization, and robust data-handling mechanisms. Additionally, you will optimize application performance to ensure low-latency, high-availability systems and build efficient, cloud-native services supporting CI/CD and containerized deployments. As part of your responsibilities, you will implement unit and integration testing, participate in code reviews, and contribute to design discussions, system architecture, and technical documentation. Qualifications: - 5-7 years of professional software development experience, with at least 3 years in Go (Golang). - Strong understanding of concurrency, goroutines, and channels in Go.
