ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER TRAINEE

As an Assistant Store Manager - Operations at our location in GUJ, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the department/floor, overseeing store merchandising, maintaining inventory control, and implementing measures to prevent pilferage. Reporting to the Store Manager - Operations, you will be responsible for motivating co-workers to enhance efficiency, conducting QA & QC activities, and analyzing the movement of stock. To excel in this role, you should possess a graduate degree in any stream with 6-12 years of relevant experience. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with a customer-centric approach. Additionally, you should demonstrate the ability to work independently, show initiative in learning, and be willing to take on additional responsibilities.
