Assistant Store Director

As the Assistant Store Director at Lladr, SPA Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day retail operations of the Lladr boutique located at Boutique - MG Road, Sultanpur, Delhi. Your main objective will be to ensure that the store operates in accordance with brand standards, with a focus on increasing sales turnover and maximizing profitability. In addition to overseeing retail and store sales, this role will also involve business development and corporate sales activities. Your key responsibilities will include exceeding sales budgets, understanding and exceeding customer needs, converting project business through collaboration with interior designers and architects, maintaining a high level of customer service and in-store experience, as well as managing reports, inventory, and visual merchandising in alignment with brand guidelines. You will also be tasked with expanding the HNI database, collecting and maintaining customer data, and developing strategies to attract new and returning customers. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's Degree or Diploma in Sales or Retail Sales, along with at least 4 years of operational experience in retail sales, particularly within luxury or premium brands. Proficiency in both English and Hindi languages is required. The ideal candidate will be organized, process-oriented, and have a strong focus on brand image. You should possess excellent communication and presentation skills, be proactive, and comfortable working in a multinational environment. Strong computer and analytical skills are also essential for this position. In terms of behavioral competencies, you should be responsive to customer needs, adept at managing challenging situations, detail-oriented, and able to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.
