• Knowledge of Flour Milling
• Knowledge of wheat characteristics & blending
• Able to carry out maintenance of machineries
• Understanding of all machine working principle
• Exposure on Wheat & Wheat Product testing analysis
• Knowledge on additive preparation and dosage
• Monitoring the CCP & OPRP controls.
• Knowledge on Electrical
• Knowledge on ISO activities
• Achivement of Targeted production A and C-Mill
• Hourly production monitoring and control the extraction as per the norms
• Ensure the function of cleaning section and milling section machineries, and online checking
• Controlling section incharges and packing labors and monitor the productivity
• Hourly monitor the quality of finished products as per the specification and ensure with lab testing
• The wastages of pouch and spilages control and maintain the hygenic as per the food safety norms.
• Online product checkings and monitor the records with PLC system in the milling process
• Monitor and carrying out the Preventive Maintenance as per the schedule to control the break down maintenance
• Update the Buhler Pro -Plant Software.
