Assistant Sales Manager Job Name: Assistant Sales Manager Job Role: Sales Manager Industry:Industrial Automation, Telecom Job Location:Chennai, Udaipur Experience:2- 6year Salary:Best in the industry Education :B.Tech(E&C/Instrumentation),MBA About The Role :: Strong Experience sales of PLC, Automation, Wireless products etc.Sound knowledge of Industry in Rajasthan region.Sales experience in Cement plant belts of Rajasthan is preferred.Ready to travel within region and all over India.Should be fluent in English, Hindi and local language.Problem-solving skills.To assist Manager in planning & implementing strategy for business expansion.Understanding of organizational goals and work accordingly to achieve the goals.Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs and specifications.Create reports, analyze and interpret data.Proficiency in MS Office.Assist the Sales Teamin planning and implementing strategies to attract customers.Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, orders and payments).Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives.Monitor and maintain store inventory.Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs.Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best.Coach and support new and existing Sales Associates.Monitor retail operating costs, budgets and resources.Suggest sales training programs and techniques.Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs.
