Assistant

The role of Assistant in the Sales Department at our Bail Hongal location is a full-time on-site position. As an Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team with various day-to-day tasks. Your responsibilities will include managing sales inquiries, maintaining customer databases, preparing sales reports, assisting with sales presentations, and ensuring smooth sales operations by coordinating with other departments. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to organize and manage multiple tasks effectively is essential. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software are required. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team or independently are key qualities we are looking for in potential candidates. Previous experience in a sales support role would be advantageous. Ideally, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
