Assistant Project Manager

Position: APM
Location: Chennai

Roles and Responsibility

• Manage interior construction projects from start to finish.

• Collaborate with designers and architects to integrate structural elements into the interior design.

• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Conduct structural assessments and ensure compliance with building codes.

• Oversee on-site teams and monitor progress.

• Prepare project documentation and reports.

• Communicate with clients to address their needs and concerns.

Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in civil.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and billing software.

• Strong knowledge of billing processes and cost management.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
