We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Assistant Professor for our Nursing Department who will be responsible for teaching undergraduate nursing students, guiding clinical training, and contributing to academic research and curriculum development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver lectures as per INC & university syllabus.
• Supervise clinical postings and student practicals.
• Conduct internal assessments, viva, and practical exams.
• Mentor students in academic and professional development.
• Participate in curriculum planning and quality assurance activities.
• Maintain records as per INC norms and university guidelines.
• Contribute to research and scholarly activities.

Qualifications Required:

• M.Sc. Nursing in any specialty from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 1 year of teaching/clinical experience post M.Sc.
• Registered Nurse and Midwife (RN & RM) with any State Nursing Council.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong communication and teaching skills.
• Ability to handle students with care and professionalism.
• Knowledge of digital teaching tools is an added advantage.
