• Develop and regularly update curriculum, lab exercises, assessments, and project modules.
• Conduct hands-on training sessions, workshops, and certification prep classes.
• Guide students in developing automation workflows following

  REFramework best practices

• Mentor students on capstone projects, research, and industry collaborations.
• Stay updated with UiPath releases, automation trends, and enterprise RPA tools.
• Collaborate with other faculty members across interdisciplinary programs.
• Assess student performance and provide structured feedback.

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree (M.Tech/MCA/M.Sc in CS/IT or equivalent) Mandatory

• Proven industry or academic experience in

  UiPath RPA development.

• Strong hands-on expertise in

  UiPath REFramework

  , selectors, Orchestrator, queues, triggers, and exception handling.
• UiPath certifications (e.g., UiPath RPA Associate, UiPath Advanced Developer) highly preferred.
• Solid understanding of automation lifecycle, process design documentation (PDD/SDD), and best practices.
• Excellent analytical, instructional, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to other RPA tools (Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
• Knowledge of Python, APIs, SQL, or other scripting languages.
• Ability to inspire students with real-world use cases and industry insights.
