Assistant Professor

You will be responsible for delivering captivating classroom instruction on emerging technologies such as Cyber Security, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Cloud Computing, and Internet of Things. Collaborating with colleagues to develop and refine the curriculum in alignment with the latest advancements in the field will be essential. In the realm of Research & Development, your role will involve conducting research, securing funding for projects, and contributing to the advancement of domain knowledge within the academic setting. Guiding and mentoring students to support their academic and professional growth will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of innovative learning resources and laboratories to enhance the learning experience for students. Your engagement will extend to participating in examinations and academic activities within the institute. Involvement in academic audits such as NAAC/NBA/IQAC will also be part of your duties. Active participation in co-curricular and extra-curricular activities, including Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), will be encouraged to enrich the academic environment. As a desired candidate, you should possess a B.Tech & M.Tech degree in Computers/Information Technology/Computer, with a Ph.D. from a recognized university being preferred. A minimum of 0-10 years of experience in academics or industry, focusing on relevant technologies like AI, IoT, Data Science, etc., is required. A strong publication record is expected, with a minimum of 3 SCI publications for Professors, 2 SCI publications for Associate Professors, and 1 SCI publication for Assistant Professors. Effective communication and presentation skills are essential for delivering impactful teaching sessions. This role is a full-time position suitable for both freshers and experienced individuals.
