Job Description

As an Assistant Professor in the Department of English, your role will involve: - Teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students in the field of English literature. - Conducting research and contributing to academic publications. - Participating in departmental meetings and academic committees. - Providing mentorship and guidance to students regarding their academic pursuits. Key Responsibilities: - Possessing a BA and MA in English, along with either NET/SET qualification or a Ph.D. - Having a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in English literature. - Ensuring that both undergraduate and postgraduate degrees were obtained in regular mode. - Immediate joiners who meet the specified qualifications are preferred. Qualifications Required: - BA and MA in English. - NET/SET qualification or Ph.D. - Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in English literature.
