Job Title:

Education Background:

• Postgraduate degree in

  Design & Technology

  or a related discipline.
• Additional qualifications in

  multi-disciplinary design

  will be an advantage.

Industry Experience Required:

• Minimum

  810 years of professional experience

  in

  multi-disciplinary design

  roles.
• Strong exposure to applied industry practices and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

• Design and teach subjects/modules/courses, including preparation and regular revision of course materials (syllabi, assignments, handouts, and teaching aids).
• Conduct and supervise tutorials, workshops, practical sessions, and lab work.
• Design and administer assessment briefs; evaluate student work and provide timely, constructive formative and summative feedback.
• Facilitate and encourage student engagement on online and face-to-face learning platforms.
• Identify and integrate industry connections, case studies, and guest interactions within the curriculum.
• Drive student achievement and engagement through participation in events, exhibitions, competitions (national/international), and industry projects.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of academic quality standards and align with institutional policies and regulatory requirements.
