Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jalandhar for an Assistant Professor (Fashion Designing). The role involves teaching and mentoring students in various aspects of fashion designing, including textiles, design principles, styling, and garment construction. Responsibilities include preparing course materials, conducting lectures and workshops, supervising student projects, and staying updated on industry trends to incorporate current practices into the curriculum.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Fashion Designing, including textiles, garment construction, and design principles
• Experience in teaching or mentoring, curriculum development, and student evaluation
• Skills in illustration, sketching, and design software like Adobe Illustrator and CorelDRAW
• Strong research abilities and knowledge of industry trends in fashion and design
• Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills
• Master's degree or higher in Fashion Designing or a related field, along with relevant professional experience
