Key Responsibilities
Provide round-the-clock emergency and trauma care services, including stabilization, resuscitation, and definitive emergency management.
Supervise clinical activities in the Emergency Department (ED) to ensure timely and evidence-based care. Teach and mentor MBBS students, interns, and postgraduate residents through bedside teaching, lectures, and case discussions. Participate in simulation-based training and mock drills for disaster preparedness and emergency response. Guide PG students in research projects, academic papers, and thesis work. Coordinate with surgical, medical, and critical care teams for multidisciplinary management of patients. Ensure adherence to NABH, ACLS, ATLS, and emergency care protocols. Support departmental academic activities, CMEs, workshops, and skill training programs.
