Assistant Professor- CIS - Economics Area

As an Assistant Professor at NMIMS Center for International Studies, Mumbai Campus in the Economics Area, your primary role will be to contribute to the academic environment by imparting knowledge and conducting research. Your responsibilities will include: - Holding a Master's degree with 55% marks in the relevant discipline from an Indian University or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university. - Clearing the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC or the CSIR, or a similar accredited test like SLET/SET. Alternatively, having a Ph.D. Degree in accordance with UGC regulations may exempt you from NET/SLET/SET. - Having a minimum of 2 SCI Publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals. - A Ph.D. is preferred, and having 2 years of entry-level experience is desirable but not mandatory. - Presenting at least two papers based on your Ph.D. work in conferences/seminars sponsored by UGC/ICSSR/CSIR or similar agencies. - Published work may include books, research periodicals, Ph.D. guidance, consultancy projects, and filed patents.
