Assistant Professor

Chitkara University is currently seeking Assistant and Associate Professors for the Department of Computer Science and Engineering. The ideal candidate should possess a B.Tech/B.E. degree in CSE/IT for Graduation and an M.Tech/M.E./M.S. degree in CSE/IT/Software Systems or any other computer science field for Post-Graduation. Additionally, a Ph.D. in any Computer Science Field is mandatory for applying. Specializations in AI & Machine Learning, Data Analytics, Cyber Security, Algorithms, Information Systems, Full Stack Development, Java, OOPS Programming, Cloud Computing, IoT, and Robotics are preferred. Candidates with 0 to 8 years of Full-Time Teaching Experience are eligible for the position of Assistant Professor. The job location is in Rajpura & Baddi, Himachal Pradesh. Candidates who have submitted their Ph.D. thesis can also apply. The suitable candidate should have knowledge of technologies such as Python, C#, Microsoft Azure, AWS, Big Data, PowerBi, and be proficient in new technologies of Computer Science like Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, Internet of Things, Data Science, Cloud computing, Block Chain, or AR/VR. Key responsibilities for this role include developing and implementing innovative instructional methods, guiding students in research projects, evaluating student academic progress, creating career-enhancement programs, supervising teaching assistants, participating in departmental and college activities, and assessing student activities and progress.
