Key Responsibilities Teaching & Mentorship

• Foster critical thinking, innovation, and interdisciplinary collaboration among students.

Research & Scholarship

• Secure competitive research funding through grants, industry partnerships, or government agencies.
• Collaborate across departments and institutions to advance knowledge and solve real-world challenges.
• Present research findings at international conferences and symposia.

Academic Leadership & Service

• Serve on departmental, faculty, and university-wide committees.
• Contribute to strategic planning and curriculum development.
• Mentor junior faculty and promote a culture of academic excellence.
• Support diversity, equity, and inclusion within the academic community.

External Engagement

• Build and maintain partnerships with academic, industry, and policy stakeholders.
• Represent the university at national and international forums.

Qualifications & Experience

• Ph.D. in relevant discipline from a recognized institution.
• Strong publication record in high-impact journals.
• Demonstrated ability to attract research funding and lead major projects.
• Outstanding teaching evaluations and evidence of pedagogical innovation.
• Global perspective and interdisciplinary approach to research and teaching.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,735.81 - ₹124,440.13 per month
