Job description: Assistant Production Manager Designation Assistant Production Manager Experience 1-2 Years Department Production Operations CTC Rs. 3.0 - 4.0 L p.a. based on experience and knowledge Location Hyderabad Full Time (No WFH), 5 days/week, Day shift. Desired applicant profile: § Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Management/Tech/Food Tech/ Commerce (full-time only) [sales/marketing qualification preferred] § FMCG warehouse management or production management experience preferred § Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. § Proficiency in inventory management and tools § Willingness and capacity to learn and grow in a young organization § Ability to lead teams and ensure operational efficiency. § Excellent communication skills and vendor negotiation abilities. § High energy levels and physical fitness to excel at both indoor and outdoor workplaces Responsibilities: § Order Processing & Procurement o Receive and process orders from various sales channels. o Select and negotiate with suppliers for raw materials and packaging. o Track and manage purchase orders, vendor payments, and material availability. § Warehouse & Inventory Management o Supervise goods receipt, quality checks, and storage. o Ensure stock levels are accurate in the system through regular audits. o Maintain organization and safety within the warehouse. § Production & Quality Assurance o Plan and execute production schedules efficiently. o Oversee job work coordination with external partners. o Ensure compliance with product quality standards at every stage. § Dispatch & Logistics Management o Ensure accurate order picking, packaging, and timely dispatch. o Coordinate with transporters for delivery scheduling and documentation (invoices, e-way bills, road permits). o Track deliveries and update the sales team on order status. § Maintenance & Compliance o Plan and oversee preventive maintenance of machinery. o Maintain safety standards and perform regular inspections. o Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
