Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Qualification: B.Sc. (Chemistry or related field preferred)

Role Overview:
Printers Supply Co. Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Production Chemist to join our production team at our factory located on Beleghata Main Road. The ideal candidate will assist in mixing colors, shade matching for ink production, and supporting quality consistency in the blending department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and mixing of colors for ink production according to formulation guidelines and customer requirements.
• Conduct shade matching, compare results with standards/samples, and make necessary adjustments to achieve precise color consistency.
• Support the senior chemist in daily production operations and maintain accurate batch records.
• Prepare ink samples for internal testing and customer approval.
• Ensure safe handling of chemicals and adherence to factory safety protocols at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the blending center.
• Coordinate with team members for timely completion of production targets.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. degree (Chemistry specialization preferred).
• Basic knowledge of color matching, color theory, and chemical mixing.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions.
• Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years’ experience in ink/paint/chemical blending are encouraged to apply.
