Assistant – Warehouse Operations (Packing, Picking, Scanning)

Job Details:

• Vacancies: 100 (Male candidates)
• Age Limit: 18–35 years
• Eligibility: Fresher & Experienced both can apply
• Duty Time: 9 hours per shift
• Interview Time: 10:00 AM (Date will be shared)

Salary & Allowances:

• Basic Salary: ₹11,363 + HRA ₹568
• In-hand Salary: ₹11,931 approx.
• PF: ₹1,477 + ESIC: ₹388
• Gross Salary: ₹13,796 per month
• Attendance Bonus:
• 26 Days Present = ₹3,000
• 25 Days Present = ₹2,000
• 24 Days Present = ₹1,000
• Special Allowance: ₹25 per day
• Night Shift Allowance: ₹70 per night (Max 13 days)
• Performance Incentive: Additional based on productivity
• Transport Facility: Free bus service (Sheorapoli to Warehouse)

Special Bonus:

• Durga Puja Offer: Full attendance from Sashti to Dashami = Additional ₹3,000 (October only)
