Assistant Operations/Sales Manager-Holidays

Primary Responsibilities:

• Plan and sell transportations, accommodations, insurance and other travel services

• Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destinations, modes of transportations, travel dates, costs and accommodations.

• Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages

• Enter data into our software and maintain client files

• Network with tour operators

• Meet profit and sales targets

• Develop and seek out new and resourceful advertising opportunities within the budgetary guidelines

• Assist in managing the distribution, advertising sales, Handle all aspects of the Organization’s social media and web marketing tactics.

• Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Travel Sales Executive.

• Strong sales skills and commercial awareness

• Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively

• Sound knowledge of Domestic and International tour packages.

• Degree in Hospitality/Any Other also with relevant experience, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field.
