Job Description

As an Assistant Operations/ Facility Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the building facility for Navi Mumbai and Pune. Your key responsibilities will include: - Maintaining the Management office and overseeing day-to-day operations of the Property. - Effectively managing staff according to the organizational chart. - Processing invoices for management approval related to departments under your supervision. - Tracking the AMC/Warranty/Defect Liability Period for HVAC, DG, BMS, CCTV contracts, maintenance calls, and emergency projects. - Managing important relationships with clients, tenants, and key vendors. - Assisting in scheduling activities such as tenant moves, lobby events, freight elevator scheduling, plant rotations, and vendor activities affecting tenants. - Coordinating maintenance efforts with external contractors. - Organizing building fire/life safety drills and seminars. - Cultivating positive relationships with tenants and owners. - Supervising Housekeeping and Security operations in collaboration with the Facility Manager and parking management. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in a similar role. - Strong knowledge and experience in maintaining building facilities. - Hands-on experience with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems. - Engineering or technical degree/diploma.
