Job Role: Assistant Office Administrator & Operations
Location: Kochi
Reports To: Office Manager / Operations Head

About the Role:
We are looking for an organized and proactive Assistant to support day-to-day office administration and operations in our Kochi office. You will ensure smooth office functioning through a mix of administrative tasks, vendor coordination, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk, calls, emails, and office correspondence.
  • Handle office supplies, vendor management, maintenance, and couriers.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel, and schedules for team members.
  • Maintain files, records, and databases (physical and digital).
  • Assist in onboarding new hires and basic HR/admin tasks.
  • Support event coordination and daily office operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 1–2 years of experience in office admin or operations (freshers with relevant internships may apply).
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills in English and Malayalam.
  • Hindi language proficiency is an added advantage.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹8,086.00 per month
