Assistant of Regional Manager

You will be working as an Assistant to the Regional Manager at KosmiQua Ventures LLP, based in Bangalore, Karnataka. KosmiQua Ventures LLP is a dynamic organization aiming to redefine beauty standards in India by curating and distributing premium cosmetic brands sourced from Europe. Your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Assisting the Regional Manager in day-to-day coordination, communication, and task management. - Conducting market research and competitor analysis to provide valuable business insights. - Drafting, editing, and proofreading internal and external communication materials. - Creating engaging content for social media platforms, blogs, promotional materials, and presentations. - Supporting event planning, fieldwork, and client interaction activities. - Participating actively in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and outreach programs. As a candidate, you are expected to maintain professionalism, punctuality, and accountability throughout the internship period. You should deliver assigned tasks and reports before deadlines, demonstrate creativity, attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment. Moreover, you are required to represent KosmiQua Ventures LLP positively during on-field engagements and client interactions. Qualifications and Skills required for this role: - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Communication, or related fields. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills. - Professional mindset with creativity and innovation. - Openness to work across departments if needed. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. - Command over regional/international languages and readiness to travel for relevant roles.
