Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Neuroadaptive Fitness Coach based in Kolkata. The coach will assist in developing and leading group exercise sessions, provide personalized fitness training, and deliver tailored fitness instruction to individuals of varying abilities and fitness levels. Responsibilities also include fostering a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere, guiding clients on fitness goals, and supporting overall health and wellness through knowledgeable advice on exercise and nutrition.

Qualifications

• Experience in Group Exercise and Fitness Training
• Proficiency in Fitness Instruction and familiarity with the Fitness Industry
• Knowledge of Nutrition to provide guidance on healthy eating habits
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive, supportive, and capable of working with clients of varying ages and abilities
• Relevant certifications or a degree in fitness, exercise science, or related fields are preferred
• Experience working in adaptive or inclusive fitness environments is a plus
• Salary: Rs. 10,000/ - Rs. 15,000/- per month (Fixed depending upon experience)
• Timing: 12 AM - 8 PM (Sundays off)
