Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive Assistant Merchandiser (Hard Goods) to support the merchandising and production process from sourcing to final dispatch. The role requires strong coordination skills, vendor follow-ups, and clear communication with internal teams and buyers to ensure quality and timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source raw materials and coordinate with vendors as per production requirements.
• Manage product samples, approvals, and buyer feedback.
• Prepare and track production timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with internal departments including production, QC, logistics, and dispatch.
• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with buyer standards.
• Handle labeling and packaging orders as per specifications.
• Maintain regular communication with buyers and respond to queries promptly.
• Assist in documentation, order tracking, and daily merchandising follow-ups.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in merchandising (Hard Goods preferred).
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of production processes and quality control.
• Ability to multitask and handle timelines efficiently.
• Male candidate preferred.

Salary Range:

₹14,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,351.80 - ₹47,863.23 per month
