Assistant Medical Services

As the Unit Clinical Care Services Manager, your role will involve planning, implementing, and evaluating all clinical care services provided at the Unit. You will oversee the reporting and communication of quality improvement initiatives, patient safety awareness, safety culture survey administration, and recognition programs. Your responsibilities will include establishing and maintaining patient care protocols and standards to ensure all regulations and guidelines are met, with a focus on increasing patient satisfaction. You will also provide clinical and administrative direction for the clinical operation of medical departments and services, as well as support medical audits and manage various committees like the infection control committee and ethics committee.
