Open Positions & Key Responsibilities:

This role is perfect for someone who can take ownership of the floor.

• Manage day-to-day student interactions and overall branch activity
• Act as a bridge between students and departments
• Track the status of every student’s application and ensure timely follow-ups
• Coordinate with the processing team to ensure a smooth journey from admission to visa
• Maintain a supportive, organized environment for both staff and students

We need someone who’s a counsellor and a team leader rolled into one.

• Lead and support the counselling team
• Provide expert guidance on course, country, and university selection
• Convert enquiries into admissions with confidence and care
• Ensure documentation and application support is clear and timely
• Train junior counsellors and motivate the team to meet targets
