You will be responsible for lateral hiring in a BPO/Call Center, specifically for roles such as Team Leader, Quality Analyst, Process Trainer, Assistant Managers, etc. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting end-to-end recruitment process for lateral positions - Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels - Coordinating with hiring managers for interviews and feedback - Negotiating offers and closing positions in a timely manner As a potential candidate, you should meet the following qualifications: - Graduation degree, preferably MBA in Human Resource - 2-3 years of experience in lateral hiring within a BPO/Call Center environment - Proven track record of hiring for various positions mentioned above - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - Immediate joiner or maximum 15 days notice period Please note that this position is full-time and permanent.
