Job Description

Monthly Preparation & Consolidation of Rent rolls, AMD MIS and related MIS. Collating data from Operations Team to prepare MIS on Maintenance Cost Factors Assist the team in preparing quarterly Databook (Leasing & Operational highlights). Co-ordinating for quarterly closing of books and working out provisions related to doubtful debts, utility recovery, any other income, etc. Will be a SPOC for all monthly MIS, data requirements, quarterly closure, and co-ordination with SSC and retained teams. To provide data and regular MIS/updates to Investors. Trending / past data / analysis reports on Rent & CAM, etc. Co-ordinating and providing information to Statutory auditors, internal auditors, consultants, etc. Work on improvement of existing processes to help generate better quality MIS. Collating data from Operations Team to prepare MIS on Maintenance Cost Factors Any ad-hoc reporting requirements.
