EHS Management System Implementation

Demonstrate commitment to a high standard of safety and ensure compliance with Safety, Health and Environmental plan by adhering to all safety laws and the Company's safety policies.

KPI: Enhancement of location EHS maturity year on year.

EHS Risks/Impact Assessment Monitoring

Review EHS Data Packages, Hazard Analyses, and other supporting data. Track, manage, and mitigate safety risks report status at review forums. Participate in and provide recommendations for EHS process improvements.

KPI: No. of EHS management improvement programs.

Worker Engagement & Improvement Initiatives

Communicate by providing a common direction and commitment for achieving goals and improvement initiatives and develop a mechanism to enhance worker involvement in EHS improvement activities.

KPI: No. of Continual improvement Projects in EHS No. of Near miss captured & closed No. of EHS Campaigns.

Communication

Report safety violations or potential safety violations to appropriate supervisory or management personnel make recommendations for corrective action.

KPI: No. of deviations observed in safety Rounds No. of unsafe act/unsafe conditions captured.

Competence Development

Requires specialized understanding of multiple aspects. Deep Expert with exposure to national level projects Provides authoritative and determinative guidance pushes the boundaries of knowledge in a complex /specialized field.

KPI: No. of EHS improvement projects done at RO-IN level.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor degree in engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Environment/Fire)

Master in Industrial safety Engineering / Environment / Advance Diploma Industrial safety (Mandatory)

Experience:

5-7 years in manufacturing Industry

3+ years of work experience in HSE function

1. Competent in auditing and assessments (Implementation of ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018)
2. Proficiency in environmental parameters, chemical reactions and it's reaction on human health & work environment
3. Coordinating with statutory bodies & ensure legal compliance, submission of returns, licenses, consents & authorizations etc. (Pollution control board & Fire Department)
4. Knowledge on NBC/NFPA/Rajasthan Factories Rules
5. Equipment/Machine Safety release process (HIRA & Aspect impact assessment)
6. Having experience in customer Audits & handling topic like ESG & Sustainability.
7. Monitoring of Sewage treatment plant process/ Effluent treatment plant process & Solid & Hazardous waste management compliance
8. Competent knowledge in Compliance tool management & EHS Management system requirements understanding and implementation.
9. Knowledge of incident investigation and root cause analysis (CAPA) along with problem-solving skills.
10. Conduct periodic Evacuation drill for emergency preparedness for industrial & environmental hazards along with Fire and emergency service management
11. Monitoring Heath, Safety & Environment related data & analysis for reduction of incident
12. Coordinating and organizing of Monthly Safety Campaigns and training programs.
13. Basic/Advanced knowledge on data digitization and visualization tools (Power BI)
14. Contractor Management & safety Permit to work management.
