Assistant Manager Training

As an AM Process Training at Star Secutech Pvt Ltd, located in Bangalore, you will be responsible for conducting training programs with a focus on International Voice processes. With over 8 years of overall work experience, including a minimum of 5 years in process training, you will bring a wealth of knowledge to the role. To excel in this position, you must possess a Bachelor's degree, along with certifications in training and instructional design. Additional certifications in TEFL and IELTS training will be highly valued. Your background in the BPO/ITES industry will be advantageous, particularly in Training Need Identification, Analysis, and Evaluation. Your role will involve providing English language training, as well as expertise in Training Need Analysis (TNA), Training Need Evaluation (TNE), and Training Need Identification (TNI). The ability to work the evening shift from 6:30 pm to 2 am, Monday to Friday, is essential.
