Assistant Manager, Structural Engineering

As a Structural Engineer specializing in solar tracker systems, your primary responsibility will involve conducting design and analysis tasks to ensure the structural integrity and compliance of solar tracker systems with relevant codes and standards. Additionally, you will be tasked with providing technical support during installation and commissioning processes, as well as optimizing existing designs to enhance performance and cost-efficiency. You will play a pivotal role in project management, overseeing structural engineering projects from inception to completion. This will involve collaborating with various engineering disciplines, preparing comprehensive engineering reports, drawings, and specifications, and ensuring that all designs adhere to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, with a preference for a Master's degree. A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in structural engineering is required, with proficiency in structural analysis software such as STAAD, RISA, SAP LPile, and AutoCAD. A strong grasp of building codes and standards, coupled with exceptional problem-solving abilities, is essential. While a Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred, your attention to detail, effective communication skills, and capability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team will be critical to your success in this position.,
