Job Description

Position: 01 No. for the Kolkata cluster office.
Candidate should have site as well as supplier quality knowledge in the field of Solar Plant construction.Balance all details mentioned in JD.Position: 01 No. for the DVC floating solar project / 100 MW floating solar Ranchi projectCandidate shall have knowledge on the quality assurance / quality control activities of the site. JD is attached.Knowledge and experience in preparation of Quality Manual, Business Procedures, MQAPS, FQAPs, ITPs, Inspection Checklist, Review of Material Submittal, Method Statement/ SOPs, etc.
  • Conduct inspection, test, and quality checks to ensure the works executed are as per approved MQAPs / ITPs, drawings, and work procedures/method statements.
  • Identify Risks & opportunities, plan & implement mitigation for risks going to affect quality. Follow up for Corrective and risk mitigation on non-conformity.
  • Interface with the project team and client towards inspection and resolution of quality issues including raising NAR (Non-Acceptance Report) and NCR (Non-Compliance Report) and follow up for closure on time.
  • Implement and monitor all QMS (Quality Management System) related activities.
  • Share regular updates on quality deviation at the factory / site / s/c works and take necessary corrective and preventive actions for further improvement.
  • Maintain all QAQC-related documentation of the factory / site / vendor premises like Audit reports, site/s/c/vendor inspection, stage inspection reports, Routine test reports, FATs, NCR, site observations, Raw Material test certificates, MTC, training, etc.
  • Conducting quality inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
  • Developing and implementing quality control procedures and processes.
  • Performing material inspections and approving materials for use in manufacturing.
  • Reviewing and approving contractor's quality control plans and documentation.
  • Identifying and reporting non-conformities, deficiencies, and deviations from quality requirements.
  • Collaborating with project stakeholders to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Conduct quality training and awareness programs for personnel.
  • Participating in quality meetings and providing inputs for project improvement.
