Assistant Manager - Sales

Role Overview:

• To grow the foundry business in specific assigned region by managing existing as well as focusing on new sales. 
• The role focuses on practical onsite Sales and Tech Application experience in Binders / Coatings / Sleeves / Auxiliary Products.
• Ensure sustainable growth in respective regions in terms of Business Volume as well as value.

• Qualifications Needed

• • Bachelors degree in Foundry / Metallurgical Engineering / Advanced Diploma in Foundry Technology.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the foundry industry or Foundry Supplier industry.  
  • Experience in Casting Pre Pouring activity will be an added advantage.

• Core Responsibilities:

• • Handling Present Customer needs and should always focus on organic growth. 
  • Focus on generating new business at existing as well as new customers.
  • Provide market feedback to HO and relevant functions
  • With compliant and smooth manners to provide best service to the market and stakeholders 
  • Provide timely and correct feedback and ensure cross functional work with all relevant CFT team leaders/members.
  • Recommend new opportunities in product lines, services, processes, customer segments by surveying market needs, trends and competitor activities/plans. 
  • Regular visits to customers.
  • Ensure joint market visits with Regional Heads / HO teams to cover key/main geographies and customer types in reasonable and frequent manner.

  • • Skill Required

      • Must have knowledge of Foundry Process. 
      • Fluent in both written and spoken English.
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Ability to work as part of a team.
      • Reliable and responsible with a commitment to quality and Safety.
