Assistant Manager-Projects

Role Overview: You will be responsible for inspecting all under-construction and completed works at DLF Lotus, Mumbai. This includes reviewing documents such as agreements, contract specifications, quality plans, drawings, and method statements. You will need to ensure that the site is equipped with necessary tools and equipment, and that they are properly calibrated and maintained. Your role will involve identifying any non-conformities with technical requirements or deviations from approved submittals, as well as providing suggestions for improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Inspect under-construction and completed works - Review documents such as agreements, specifications, and quality plans - Ensure site is equipped with necessary tools and equipment - Witness raw material testing at project laboratory - Detect non-conformities with technical requirements - Review quality plans submitted by contractors - Conduct Root Cause Analysis of Non-Conformities Qualifications Required: - Degree in Civil Engineering or related field - Previous experience in construction quality control - Knowledge of construction practices and standards,
